EasySen warrants its hardware products against the use of defective materials or flawed workmanship and that our products will conform to the written specifications and other descriptions of use or programming for a period of one (1) year from the date of delivery. If our product is resold by the Buyer we decline any responsibility and do not extended the warranty to the new owner. Easysen further warrants that at the time of delivery of our products, Easysen has title to the goods free and clear of any and all liens and encumbrances. These warranties can be subject to change. The newest version will be posted on our website and does not afflict with any warranty agreement already granted to products that have been sold by Easysen in the past.

This Limited Warranty is invalid if malfunction of our products has resulted from misapplication, abuse, accident, and or improper use by our Customer, or if the Buyer supplied third party software not intended to utilize with the specification EsaySen promotes, use of an improper hardware or software key, modifications of the product by our Customer or a third party, or unauthorized maintenance or repair.

After termination of the valid warranty period stated above, continued use or ownership of goods shall be conclusive evidence that the warranty is fulfilled to the complete satisfaction of our Buyer. EasySen gives no warranty as to trial or developmental products. The warranties granted by EasySen shall not be enlarged, diminished or affected by, and no obligation or liability shall arise or grow out of EasySen’s representation of technical suggestions or services in association with our Buyer's order of our product furnished hereunder.

 If  EasySen’s products fail to conform to our restricted limited warranty, EasySen’s sole and exclusive liability shall be (at our option) to replace, restore or credit Buyer's account for any such products which are returned by Buyer during the appropriate warranty period set forth above, provided that (i) EasySen is promptly notified in writing upon discovery by Buyer that such products failed to perform as warranted in this contract with a detailed clarification of any assumed deficiencies; (ii) Buyer must obtain a Return Product (“RP”) number from EasySen before returning any product under warranty to us, and (iii) EasySen's assessment of such products shall be to our satisfaction that such alleged deficiencies actually exist and were not caused by misuse, modification, accident, improper installation, unauthorized repair or improper testing. If EasySen elects to repair or replace such products, we shall have a reasonable time to make such repairs or replace such products. If, EasySen should conclude that the products returned are not faulty, the Buyer will be notified, and the product/s returned at Buyer’s expense including charges for assessment and testing.

EasySen may summon any order provided by law or by the terms herein stated, if there is any default by the Buyer and may decline to make further shipments. If EasySen elects to continue to make shipments, our actions shall not amount to a waiver of any default by the Buyer or in any way affect our legal remedies for any such default. In the event EasySen should resorts to a third party or to legal actions in order to collect amounts due, the Buyer agrees to pay costs of collection for the amount owed to EasySen, including, but not limited to, attorney's fees, court costs, with interest set at such time and date when the amount is due.

The authority, performance and structure of this contract shall be governed by the laws of the state of Indiana in which EasySen resides, this state shall be the only jurisdiction in which any suit may be brought against EasySen regarding any dispute arising of this transaction.

International orders are subject to relevant U.S. export laws and restrictions applicable at the time of order shipment.

THIS CONTRACT CONSTITUTES THE ENTIRE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE PARTIES INVOLVED IN THE TRANSACTION OF THE PRODUCTS DESCRIBED ON THE FACE HEREOF, AND NO ADDITION TO OR ALTERATION OF ANY TERMS OF THIS CONTRACT SHALL BE BINDING UPON EASYSEN UNLESS MADE IN WRITING AND SIGNED BY A OFFICIALLY AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE OF EASYSEN LOCATED AT OUR APPROPRIATE ORDER ENTRY LOCATION.
